Since I have backup supplies for my Quattro, I got the F&P Forma a few days ago. I had trialed it over the weekend and had issues with it pinching the nose bridge and more. Somehow it just felt tight between the chin and bridge, so I asked for a large. What a difference, all the issues save one went away. Interestingly, both the medium and large cushions fit the same shell.
Special notice though: If you use a medium mask in other brands, you very well could need a large in this one. So, make sure you try it before you buy it, unless Johnny will send out both cushions with the mask.
1. Comfort: Absolutely the most comfortable mask I've ever tried. Even when I tightened up the straps a tad, it just feels more snug, but doesn't hurt at all. Some have disliked the under the chin fit but with the large I don't notice it. I can open my mouth somewhat, but tend not to as much. I know I can though as attested by the chunk I bit out of my tongue last night.
2. Leak: No leaks at the start of the night. With my excessively oily skin, I wipe it off around 3AM when it starts to leak - as I do with the Quattro.
3. Cleaning: The cushion simply pulls off the shell in 2 parts. The silicone gets washed the foam doesn't. The way the silicone is formed it is almost flat to wash except the heel.
The only other mask I've liked is the Quattro, and now I like this one even more.

It's going to be okay in the end; if it's not okay, it's not the end.

Re: F&P Forma Mask Feedback
Hi,
Was wondering if you've ever tried the F&P FlexiFit HC431 or 432? The Forma sounds like it is very similar to the HC432 but with a wider forehead support.
I like my HC432 alot and find like you that I need the "one size up." Sizing is more normal with the 431.

Re: F&P Forma Mask Feedback
I've had this mask for a couple of weeks now. My DME said it is the the redsigned version of the flexi-fit 432. I have tried to use it, but cannot get it to stop leaking. I either have to have it cinched down so tight it hurts my face, or it leaks everywhere. My mask came with the Medium and the Large seals, and the Large seems to fit me the best, just leaks everywhere. Not sure what else to do to get it to stop leaking.

Re: F&P Forma Mask Feedback
I think the goal of this mask is much like clothing. It's made to fit a common facial structure. For example, levi's jeans have never fit my body type. But they came out with one style that did so i always bought that one. I believe the same is true for full face masks. I have the respironics comfort gel mask, but it pinched nose so much that my work started saying i looked tired. I switched to the F&P forma mask and noticed it really cups my face quite well. In addition, the over the chin design really helps prevent leaks. Overall, I think it's just a case of finding a design that fits your face type. I'm fortunate that i didn't have to go thru so many masks to find the right one.
