I was given the OPUS 360 and the first couple of nights were great but now I'm wondering if the pillows on the Swift might be better. I'm only into 7 days(4 with the OPUS and 3 with the Comfort Gel Nasal mask from my titration) but I have had been battling with those OPUS pillows. I have an appt with the DME for a 2-week check on Friday and am thinking of switching out to the Swift. Is there a big difference in the pillows themselves between the 2 brands? I didn't make it beyond 3 hours last night with the OPUS - the side arms seemed to make my every movement upset the seal I had with the pillows.
I really want to mkae the nasal pillow masks work for me - I have the Lanolin cream but it didn't seem to help much with the OPUS and I was only given the set of medium so I cannot try a differnet size
thanks in advance for your opinions and knowledge

Re: OPUS 360 pillows vs. Swift LT pillows
Hi,
I have used the OPUS 360 but now have the Swift LT for her and it works better for me. The OPUS pillow would usually come off the frame sometime during the night and that doesn't happen with the Swift LT.
I switch between the small and medium size pillows. My DME gives me all the pillows that come with the mask. You might want to ask if you can have all the pillows. But I would encourage you to try the Swift LT this time around.

Re: OPUS 360 pillows vs. Swift LT pillows
I started with the Swift and tried the Opus mask. I didn't even make it the first night before I took them off and put my Swift back on. The pillows on the Swift are much softer and more comfy.
Re: OPUS 360 pillows vs. Swift LT pillows
I've been about 3 weeks on Opus 360. While it's not bad, I'm gonna ask for a swift LT based on your comments. I'm new to the APAP and find this website to be the best. I have nothing to compare my experience with, so reading others' comments really helps. Thanks for talking about something that I'm dealing with. On the whole, even with the problems I'm having I feel much, much better since starting the apap.
Re: OPUS 360 pillows vs. Swift LT pillows
I personally like both masks. I started with the Opus due to there is
next nothing against your face and it was light weight. My DME couldn't wait for me to
try the Swift Lite and I really like that one , it is lighter and leaves no tell marks
on my face like the opus. These stay in place for me even when I turn over, but
I like bunching my pillows under my head anyway for height .
