Another Sleepless Newbie

Hi All
Had my sleep study a couple of weeks ago and finally got the call today confirming I have sleep Apnea. Have to set up another appointment tomorrow so I guess I am a while away yet from getting a good nights sleep. I knew nothing about sleep apnea until I had a first physical in 20 years so finding this site early on has been really helpful. Its a bit less scary when you have some idea about whats involved. Thanks for the information on the site and to those responsible and I look forward to getting to know some of you and am sure I am going to need some help. Thanks
