Humidifier

I have stoped using my Humidifier. I see no diffrence with it or with out anyone else?

I keep my humidifier turned all the way down but I top up the reservoir every few days with distilled water.

I think the Humidifier may have made my nose more stuffy

What part of the Country do you live in and how is the humidity? That plays a big part with the need and intensity for a humidifier...along with one's own personal preferences.

Live in delaware, on a inlet to the delaware bay. The water most have something to doe with it.

I find that if I do not use my humidifier my sinuses dry out and start to bleed. But then I am also on oxygen.

I am more comfortable without using a humidifier.
