What are considered acceptable rates for average and maximum leaks and percent of time with leaks in the data from the the Respironics M Pro smart card?

If you do some searches here you will find alot of information on this topic.

MY opinion now is as long as i do not have large leaks............and my nightly average leak minus my mask vent rate is not over 20 lpm.....I say it is good.

And the '20' number may be able to be even higher.......up to maybe 25 or 30.

Maximum leak should be under 50 l/s. The machine can compensate for some leaks as long as they stay under 50. If the max leak is real short duration I generally don't worry about it. The average leak is what is generally important. It is determined by the pressure and the exaust rate of the mask you are using. Most masks come with a chart that tells you what the design rate is. Your average should be very close to that. If you fill in your profile and let us know what mask you are using and what your pressure is we can help more.
