Make it 3 nights now - 7 hours last night, lights out to alarm clock. I'm falling asleep easily. And joy of joys - when the clock has gone off the last 3 mornings, my first instinct has NOT been to hit the snooze button. I can actually set the clock for the time I plan to get up, not 45 minutes ahead to allow for several games of snooze tag!

I know I am early in this process - but I am very excited about it!
