humidifier not heating

I have brand new equipment (45 days old) and last night the heated humidifier stopped working properly. The blue light is on indicating all is well but the heating base is cold. Any ideas other than taking it back to provider? I have been doing so well and last night I had to quit after a few hours because of discomfort.

Take it back to your DME. It should still be under warranty and they should give you a loaner until you get yours replaced or repaired.

Yep, sounds like a defect--might as well take it back to your DME.
