Hybrid Test-Drive Update

Post by pjwalman » Mon Jan 19, 2009 10:53 am

For those waiting for their turn on the Hybrid Test-Drive, I wanted to give you an update. Unfortunately I have not heard back from the woman who received the package last, neither a PM saying she got it nor any communication since right before Xmas when it was shipped. I've sent a couple PMs asking her to contact me but have heard nothing, as I said.

So, for now, the test-drive is in limbo, and I apologize to the 20 or so people who are patiently awaiting their turn!

WHEW!!!!!!

Well PJ, I'm sad you lost the Hybrid Test Drive - sounds like someone slipped under without a next of kin to let us know.

But I'm SO RELIEVED TO HEAR IT'S NOT YOU! I just got an email telling me it was YOU that was Missing In Action!!!!!

Hence my relief.

Anyway, I'll take the link off all my links pages, so you're not inundated with PM's.

Anyone got a Hybrid they want to donate to the Test Drive?

Huggers,
B.

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

Or else, maybe she just really, really liked it? (That would be the better of the two scenerios.)

I already sent along all my spare Hybrid parts to this (currently derailed) trial, but I strongly encourage others to donate spare cushions/parts, or even whole masks if you hated yours right away.....the Hybrid can be one of those "love or hate" masks, but I certainly found it to be easier on my skin than traditional FFMs and would encourage other people to try one if the chin straps, denture glue, etc. isn't working for you with your traditional nasal mask!
