resmed swift lt nasal mask

my resmed swift lt nasal mask presses my ears. very uncomfortable

I use that mask, too. Press in on the nose piece with one hand and move the "ear" part up toward your forehead more. Do the same on the other side. It takes some time to figure out exactly how it should fit. Good luck.

Doesn't fit me either, I have to actually put the strap over my vs. pulling down on it.
