More Sandman Software

Hi All,

This is a continuation of a post from two days ago when I requested help on getting my Sandman software read the downloaded information.

Well, I discovered the company I bought the software from sent me V 1.0 (cpap.com was out of stock at that time) and I am wondering if anyone knows where I can download the update to V 1.2. I have searched everywhere I can think of but have not had any luck.

That is the next step if there are no known update sites for the software.

Have you tried contacting Covidien directly?? There are some who have contacted Resmed directly and gotten updated software when they've purchased what turned out to be outdated software. Good luck!
