Actually, I just use a down pillow. I can shape it however I need, "punch" a hole where I need one, and have not had any problems. I am a major side / almost tummy sleeper and move around alot.

YUP!! I too use a down filled pillow and scrunch it where I need it--it has worked great--for a year so far. Get one at COSTCO --they are a bit expensive--but I got the QUEEN size even though I have a king size bed---it is just easier to punch a Queen size around where you need it--VERY COOL. No need for a special CPAP pillow--that is just a money making scheme-----

You are going to be swamped with different opinions.

My answer to a great pillow is a memory foam pillow in king size. I purchased this pillow a few years ago and have found it is the answer for me. My mask molds into it when I use a full face mask without any problems.

Other users like the Target Shapeable pillow (which I have but don't use), specialized pillows for cpaps, etc.

I bought three different specialized pillows for cpap patients. Eventually got back to a "plain ole" synthetic down pillow and am quite happy with it.

I use a regular pillow with a buckwheat hull-filled pillow on top of it, which I use as a neck pillow. Actually, it's advertised as a lumbar pillow, but the amount it's filled and resulting level of firmness is perfect for me. And it costs about half of the specialized cpap pillows. You can read about it here (the customer review in there by "meb" is mine): http://www.amazon.com/Bucky-Baxter-Lumb ... 246&sr=8-2. Good luck!

Being allergic to feathers, I chose faux down, and "side sleeper" pillows, because that's what I do anyway. I got one king size and one standard, and that way, I don't have to scrunch the top pillow up much to get the shape I need so my CL2 can hang over the side when I'm practically face-sleeping.

Hi Beach City----that therapeutica pillow looks very interesting--it is made out of memory foam? it is odd shaped --I am a side sleeper only-----I use a down pillow right now and punch it into the shape I want.

It's foam. Cut it into any shape you want.

I use my regular down pillow that I purchased on QVC, I have tried other pillows but the down gives me the most flexibility. I am a side sleeper and I need a pillow I can ball up or shape.
