Swift LT leaking

Post by bmarz » Fri Dec 12, 2008 12:33 pm

I know there have been multiple posts about leaking swift LT pillows & i never understood because mine never leaked (4-1/2 months) until I changed it for a new one recently. The new one has leaked constantly in the same place on one nostril only. Wonder if it's a manufacturing defect? Can't see any difference with the naked eye but it definitely is not sealing properly. Am going to ask supplier about it, and depending on their response, may contact manufacturer. I wonder if a lot of the people who said they couldn't get it to work for them had defective pillows?

Try looking in the mirror with the pillows on, if the outer pillow is kinked or too large it may kink. I see this in the lab and go down a size.

If you can't find another solution, you could try the old pantyhose trick: use one leg of a pair of pantyhose tights (the heavier stuff - not plain pantyhose) and run it underneath the LT cushion and tie on top of head. Make sure vent holes aren't covered!!!

I find that keeps it stable when I toss and turn at night.
