auriculotherapy acupoint pressure

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone ever tried auriculotherapy acupoint pressure for sleep apnea? I have read that it can help. I must admit I am kind of a skeptic when it comes to accupuncture. Any info welcomed.

No, sorry no idea . I did, in deparation, try acupuncture for my hip some time ago and it seemed to help.
HOW is it supposed to help Apnea anyway? If it's too complicated to answer don't bother. At least this will
bump you up to the top again.
