As I posted before I have not done a lab sleep study I got a take home machine which showed 29 episodes per hour. The next step via my insuance was to give me a Respirons M Auto with Cflex for the titration test. It didnt work for me on night one my mask leaked likke crazy gomfortgell small. I uped sizes and it worked perfect. Night one slept several hours woke to large maskl leak took it off went to sleep. night 2 same night 3 same except I would shut off the machine and turn back on and be able to sleep for an hour or 2 only to wake to massive leaks. I dajust the mask over and over and it would seal and then I'd move and it was done. I checked the pressure and it said 15. I thought the auto was suppose to continually adjust. I had to turn it off and back on to get the pressure down. I ended up just turning it off and on all night.

Try routing you hose so that hangs form above your head.
