cpap mask

Post by snorebaby » Thu Nov 06, 2008 11:28 am

I am having a terrible time with the cpap mask!!!!!!! when I use the mask I get rashes all over my face and it becomes so painful that I am unable to use the machine. In addition, I have a very small face and the mask, even the smallest mask is too big for me. I am wondering if anyone else experiences this and how they resolved this. Please let me know as Iwant to use my machine but my face gets so raw and full of rashes that I can't. thanks, desperate to use my machine

Snorebaby,

This solution is usually used for rases caused by taping, but perphaps it would help with your mask - Milk of Magnisa. Just coat your face where the mask touches. I don't think it could hurt to try.

You should wash the mask even if it came out of a sealed plastic bag. Some masks have manufacturing residues that can irritate your skin. Short of that, try a different mask.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

Could you be allergic to the rubber of the mask?
