What can you guys tell me from this? Is there mouthleaking going on or anything I'm missing? Thank you

Could be mouth breathing. Could be just mouth leaking. Could be that you are just knocking the nasal pillows out of the nares with restless sleeping. A few times your leak was way low. could you be rolling over and blocking the exhaust at times? You could try taping for a night or two and see what that does.

It would be nice to have a steadier leak line. That one is not terrible, but could be better. I agree with Brenda that it looks like the mask might be getting dislodged occasionally, or that some mouth leaks are happening from time to time. Or both.

Since the screenshot is cut off on the righthand side, I rightclicked the picture, clicked "properties", copied the URL, and went to see the fullsize picture.... to see what happened as the night went on and to see the AHI.

After seeing the rest of the screenshot, it looked to me like raising the pressure one more cm ... to 14... might do a better job for you. But I'm not a doctor. That's just my guess.

Great! Did you notice if the AHI improved at all? Keep at it for a few nights and see how you feel.
