Problems exporting Encore data

Post by Murp » Wed Oct 22, 2008 1:41 pm

Hi All

This is an addition to an other topic about saving Encore data for emailing.
I was at my medical provider today and she showed me the problems she had with exporting the encore data.
The graphs are not visible when the data is exported using Adobe acrobat. She did provide printouts but i don't have scanner for making soft copies.
Can anyone help?

If you have an M Series Plus, that is ALL THE INFO YOU ARE GOING TO GET.

You need a Pro or an Auto to get more info. The Plus model is non-data-capable and will not produce that data.

Sorry.

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

Let me try again. When we try to export the data to pdf the information showing on the screen is only partially transferred. The daily charts are missing bit the machime average info is present.

As Babs tried to tell you......

THERE WILL BE NO DAILY CHARTS (of data) IF YOU HAVE THE "PLUS" MODEL. It only collects the amount of time it is used....."compliance" data.

You would need a different model.....like the Pro or the Auto.

"Passover" Humidification - ResMed Ultra Mirage FF - Encore Pro w/Card Reader & MyEncore software - Chiroflow pillow

Murp,

I remember you said you were borrowing an M-series for a month - so it isn't your Plus, right?

Something must be wrong with your provider's system. I use encore viewer and cute pdf to make pdfs - and all the data in the reports show up.

I am assuming your provider uses Encore Pro, and I'm sorry I don't know about what output options it might have, but someone else here might.

I'm sorry they don't remember you are borrowing a different machine - I am assuming it is a M-series Auto?
