Suggestions needed for a really quiet mask

Post by rcarr121 » Tue Oct 07, 2008 11:16 am

Hello,

It seems my mask is loud enough that my wife now sleeps on the farthest edge of the bed. I'm using an OptiLife Nasal Pillow with my Sleep Easy CPAP w/ built in humidifier, pressure is set at 12cm. The noisy part is the exhalation port in the front of the mask.

Does anyone have suggestions for quieter masks?

Thanks!

Some of the forum members (like Snoredog and rested gal) swear that the Soyala nasal mask is the quietest mask.

My Quattro isn't bad, either...probably the quietest one in my "stable". That's assuming you're looking for a FF mask, though.

For what it's worth, I've had access to leak data in the last couple months, and it's also giving me a near totally straight leak line as well.
