Success!

Post by stone_d » Wed Oct 01, 2008 7:52 am

Finally! Slept through the night with my face, mask and sanity intact! Granted, it was a short night (5 hrs) but the point is I can do this!

I don't know what made the difference, but I was able to just relax and let myself breathe without having to force myself to.

I'm going to hold off on the major celebration until I can do this for a week, but I think I've finally turned the corner here.

Thanks for the encouragement.

BTW - My unit doesn't appear to be recording any session information - is there a maximum buffer size for those smart cards, like 30 days or something?

Look at the card data tonight or wait a day or two...

Remember this whole thing is ONE DAY AT A TIME............

Getting a mind set and routine down all makes it easier..... The card numbers will look like sh!t the first couple months BUT with help from fellow user on this forum THINGS will improve. I lost some weight and cut my blood pressure pills in 1/2 - MORE ENERGY and sleep 8-9 hrs per day NO MORE Naps just to get by.

Your on the RIGHT TRACK just keep going & REMEMBER the Dr's or Insurance - DME care what you do they just look at you $$$
YOU are the one that needs this..................Image

Congrats! You sound just like me! Another success .. keep counting them .. and do not beat yourself up for a "rough" night here and there. I am only 2 weeks ahead of you.

At the advice on this forum, I did call my Dr. to request a machine upgrade to the data recording. Interesting, that is the machine they thought I got!
