face lines

Post by KBee » Thu Sep 25, 2008 8:48 am

Does anyone have a tried and true method to get face lines to go away in the morning? There's got to be a way, I hope.

It's not the straps, which I think Padacheek is for, it's the mask itself causing the lines on my cheeks on both sides of my nose.

It has to be tight or I get leaks. I have tried hot cloths, cold cloths, ice in the morning to try to get the lines to go away more quickly, but nothing seems to do it. I think it's worse when I sleep on my side, so I try not to, but sometimes I just have to.

I only had lines like that the first couple of nights I started using
a ffm.....because it was too tight. I had the bruised and bleeding nose bridge,
.....got'a try everything.

Once I got the right size mask and learned how to adjust it,
I have no lines.

I would suggest trying another mask.
Too many options available, to not make this therapy work, for you.
