With emphasis on "usable, working masks":

ResMed Ultra Mirage Full Face - (4) with 4 extra seals.
ResMed Mirage Quattro - (1) with 1 extra seal.

Have gotten 3+ years out of the first mask and original seal (can I get 5 years?), so......if that number of years per seal holds up, I've got a lot of years-worth there......at least 30+. (Damn, I'm gonna really be OLD by then!)

Other masks that are not in the "usable, working" category:

Respironics Comfortfull 2
Zzz Full Face mask

Den
(5) REMstar Autos w/C-Flex & (6) REMstar Pro 2 CPAPs w/C-Flex - Pressure Setting = 14 cm.
"Passover" Humidification - ResMed Ultra Mirage FF - Encore Pro w/Card Reader & MyEncore software - Chiroflow pillow

in my short time I've gone through 4 masks:

Opus 360 - still use it occasionally when the swift lt isn't cooperating. but it doesn't move well when I do.
Comfort Gel - just couldn't get it to work right. Gave it to a workmate who tried it and didn't like it but will keep it as a backup.
NasalAire II - I like the way it fit and was actually comfortable but the exhaust ports were way too noisy for me. I cleaned it up and boxed it up and will be offering it for sale shortly.
Swift LT - Once I figured it out I got hooked. Not vary many problems with it except that the head straps seem to need adjustment every night.

Ya really wanna embarass me, huh?

Fisher & Paykel FlexiFit 407 Nasal Cushion Mask w/headgear - too large, the 406 might have fit
Resmed Swift Nasal Pillows Mask w/headgear (original) - am really not that fond of the direct pressure of the nasal pillows style, didn't like the side mounts for the hose
Respironics ComfortLite 2 - LIKED having both nasal pillows and nasal cushion, preferred the simple cushion, headgear slipped and was making my hair follicles tender
Fisher & Paykel Aclaim 2 Nasal Cushion Mask - couldn't get a good fit
Respironics ComfortGel Small Nasal Cushion w/headgear - too large
Respironics ComfortGel Petite Nasal Cushion w/headgear - too heavy
Respironics Simplicity Medium Simple Nasal Cushion w/headgear - too large
Respironics Simplicity Petite - MY FAVORITE! - bless the CL2's simple cushion, its size & lightweight is why I tried the Simplicity, headgear is really large, had to fold to fit, the cut and velcro the center strap, fits great now
Respironics Simplicity Petite - Backup
Resmed Mirage Quattro Small - too long
Resmed Mirage Micro Small - SECOND FAVORITE, just the right length
Resmed Mirage Quattro XSmall - on order

Most about to be bundled off to some charity. Don't ask - smoking home & indoor pets.

I developed a collection of about a dozen different mask types during the first couple of years. Recently I finally unloaded (with trades and sales) all but the "most" useful. I now have one Swift LT (well I also have two back-ups for this one) and one Liberty (for emergency only use in case of sinus congestion). So, I have two different types, but four total ... should last me for a half decade or more I suppose.

My primary mask is an Optilife which is by all mean my preferred mask.
I have a ComfortLite that I use if I am sleeping restlessly and tossing and turning, which I am doing a lot of right now. My son is a Squad Leader in a Marine infantry unit and just deployed back to Iraq. I find myself thinking a lot about him and am having trouble sleeping. When I am tossing and turning this mask seems to seal better than the nasal pillow system I prefer.
I have a hybrid that I use when I my nose is stopped up that gives me the option of breathing through my mouth if needed. I have a beard and if I wear this mask too often I might as well shave clean because of the irritation undeer the beard. If I sleep in it a couple of nights without shaving the irritation is terrible at the base of the whiskers. I can regrow the beard in just a couple of days. The first time I shaved was the first time my wife had seen me without a beard in the 28 years that we have been married
If it wasn't for my Marine son being deployed I would be sleeping good!

One that I use all the time: Fisher & Paykel Opus 360 nasal pillow mask
Two backups: ResMed Ultra Mirage full face mask and OptiLife nasal pillow mask

I'll definitely be keeping the Ultra Mirage in case of bad colds, clogged sinuses, etc. As much as I love the OptiLife headgear, its stationary hose bugs me/gets in my way, so I may end up getting rid of it. If they ever get smart and add some sort of ball joint like the Opus 360 has, they'll have created the perfect mask for me. I love my Opus 360, but I'd love the OptiLife even more if the blasted hose would move. At any rate, both of those masks are in perfect condition.

Giving credit where credit is due, I was given the Ultra Mirage and OptiLife by the sleep center where I had my studies done. At the time, I had no idea what they were worth and was amazed when I looked them up.

I only have one; the Resmed Mirage Micro-nasal. It's my first one and works great but I'm to ignorant to know if there are indeed better ones out there. For the prices, they are just too expensive to try them out willy nilly. I have one replacement mask within a year which is covered under insurance, so I'm thinking a full face mask in case of the dreaded cold virus.

Let's see...masks I have but leak like crazy:

Ultra Mirage FF-2
Hybrid
Soyola nasal
F& P 432
Micro
Comfort lite II
Comfort Gel-smells so bad I haven't even tried it
Activa shallow
Activa Standard-3

I've borrowed and tried many more than that. I'm still looking for one that doesn't hurt my nose.
