Suggestion for Selling a C-flex w/humidifier

A friend recently passed away. His widow has asked me to help her sell his

REMstar Auto C-Flex CPAP with heated humidifier that is 2 years old but only used about 20-30 nights. He tried several masks and never found one he would tolerate. It has been in a closet for about 20 months. I'm sure she would ship the 2-3 mask she has that he didn't like, at no additional charge.

I see they currently sell for $924.46 new.

I'm looking for a fair asking price and where I might put up a notice it is for sale.

Any information would be appreciated.

I'm guessing.......around $350 - $400.
They don't currently "sell" for $924.46 because they're not available......haven't been since last December when the supply dried up and even then, they were in the $600 price range. What you're now seeing is "Minimum Advertised Price" (MAP)......put into effect by some of the manufacturers this last Spring.

One other question......what did the friend die of? Was it attributable to OSA?

A Respironics RemStar (pre-M Series) Bi-PAP Auto w/Bi-Flex complete w/only 26 hours on it just recently sold on cpapauction.com for $626.56 so I wouldn't set my sights too high for that "classic" Respironics RemStar (pre-M Series) Auto w/C-Flex. No death, just unable to acclimate to ANY xPAP he tried.

Yours is a VERY DESIRABLE device, BUT, a Bi-PAP is an even higher level device and also a "classic" pre-M Series that is so desirable.
