What kind of connector do I need for my S7 elite?

Post by emak » Fri Aug 08, 2008 8:32 am

I have an S7 elite and I would like to bypass the humidifier dome to connect the hose strait to the machine's port. I never use the humidifier and would like to rid myself of the extra plastic taste, but I can't figure out precisely what I need.... Surely it's a cheap and simple item, but there are so many "adapters" as I searched..but what? Any links?

You can remove the HH but you will need the front cap to put on the machine. See the instructions in this link;

I couldn't find a part number for it or anyone who has one. But I'll keep looking. Maybe a call to resmed is in order to locate the part.

OK, a not so quick call to resmed got this info;

you need part # 30916, adaptor and part # 19200, front cover. You can call resmed at 1-800-424-0737, get to customer service and they will find you the nearest provider that can get the parts for you.
