Good Evening,
I was just wondering if anybody else is having the same issue that I am having. I am getting such good sleep that I don't move at all during the night. Before I had my cpap (over three weeks) I would toss and turn throughout the night. I thank God everyday that my path of dr's finally ended up with a sleep study and finally a cpap. However, now that I have a cpap machine I sleep like a log. I wake up in the same position that I fell asleep in. The bad thing about that is that I sleep on my back. In the morning after about three or four snoozes on the clock I manage to get out of bed. When I do I am sore. Let me rephrase that, I am very sore like I fell on my butt bone. It is difficult to put on my socks and shoes. However, the pain subsides after about an hour. Is this common for new cpap users. If it is how did you overcome the pain. Please let me know because I hate waking up and limping like an old man every morning.
Thanks,
Steve
Soreness still after three weeks.

I had the same problem. I found that if I did some simple stretches before bed I didn't get so stiff. I guess it's just one more thing that we adjust to.

Cat stretches before getting out of bed help a lot! And they feel so good.
