Day 5

Post by carbonman » Thu Jul 03, 2008 7:07 am

First night w/a chin strap.

Last night, I slept for 3 hrs., straight.
I can't remember the last time that happened.

I got a tube of Ayr nasal ointment, as per info this group.
I put a dap around each nostral and has really helped.

I know it is a small step, but it is in the right direction.

I'm beginning to think that the light at the end of the tunnel,
is my new life,
not the train.

Thanks for all the help!!

How did that chin strap work for you? I tried mine and felt like it was to tight no mater what I did to it. So I just took it off. I think I will have to go with a FF mask. We will see. (

The strap is working ok. Not great.....but better.

I have a Pap-Cap, in transit as we speak.
I'm hoping that it will be better.
I like the idea of the cap on first.
The neoprene straps on the head gear are
really uncomfortable on the hair.
