You should post your equipment in your profile in text so others can see what you are using. I suspect you are using a nasal mask and all your therapy is going right out your mouth at night. You need a full face mask or you can tape your mouth to see if that fixes the problem. Your leaks are really bad and look like mouth breathing with a nasal mask. Once you get the leaks under control, the data will mean something.

Even though your leaks need improvement your AHI is good. You need to give it more time. It takes time to repay the sleep debt that you have. I wouldn't change anything right now as far as the settings go. Just work on getting the leaks fixed and give it more time. Some feel a difference right away and some take months of xpap to see even small improvements. You're doin' good! Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the replies. You are correct that I am using nasal pillows.

I was on cpap for 3 years without any compliance data. I finally convinced my doctor to prescribe me an apap with data.

I previously tried mouth taping but it was when I was on cpap and it did not help my level of being tired. I was using the mirage activa mask and switched to the nasal pillows. The nasal pillows are much quieter and less intrusive on my face. Though if I cannot solve the leak problem I will need to go back to a regular mask.

I think that the nasal pillows are pulling away from my face while sleeping. This week I started clipping the hose to my shirt to try and keep the nasal pillows more stable on my face. With my cpap (previous machine) I was using the mirage mask.

I also am going to try the mouth taping now that I have data.

Any other suggestions?

Yes get consistent control of leaks and you will do fine. In fact your last session on night of 6/21 is very good and you want to make them all like that.

Your best bet is to try more masks until you find one that stays sealed. The Swift with the hose to the side will generally dislodge the pillows from your nose when you sleep on your side. Consider trying the newer Swift LT, Opus 360, Headrest, Breeze, or Comfort Lite 2 masks.

Secondly, you don't appear to need much pressure. Narrow your range and try a setting of about 6 min and 10 max.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
