I have a high pressure bipap (26/22). I can not find a mask that will
not leak under this pressure. Any suggestions on what mask works at
this high of a pressure?

high pressure bipap (26/22) leaking
Hi Ed.
YIKES! That's a lot of pressure to sleep with......
I know some users with high pressures (around 20) have had success with the ResMed Ultra Mirage Full Face mask (like the one in my profile) and possibly the ResMed Quattro. If you did try the Quattro, you'd have to do the "Teflon tape fix" to both ends of the elbow that connects the mask to the hose.
Good luck,
Den

Leak
What kind of leak are you getting? With that high of a pressure, it's normal to have a high leak with any mask you use.
If you look at your manual that came with the mask it will tell you what the leak rate should be with the pressure you have. the leak rates are diffrent with diffrent pressure settings.
That is were I would look first. If there is an issue then maybe calling your DME and see if they have any masks that will take that leak rate. But then again I am not sure what your insurance will cover.
But I do not know sense my pressures are not that high.
