Clueless understanding A flex reporting. Help!

Brain Trust,

When I'm reviewing the report, what is the most important thing that I should be looking for? I do know that I'm averaging about 5 AHI per hour. Someone help me understand what I should be looking for. Leaks? Snoring?

You are looking for an AHI of under 5. You are also looking for a leak rate that is in line for the mask you are using. A nice straight line is better than a line with big waves and bumps. Snores are not as important, but should be low.

It's about right around 5, slightly under. I want to get like some of the people on the site that have 0 events and get it at 0.2 AHI per hour. The air leaks are at.

I'll provide some results so that all can provide some insight.

For two weeks, I averaged as follows. Roughly 6 hours of sleep.

Average 90% 8.1
Average CPap Pressure 5.5

Average Non responsive Apnea/Hypopnea Indez 0.0
Average Obstructtive Apnea Indez 1.5
Average Hypopnea Index is 3.3
Average AHI is 4.8

Average Flow Limitation Index 1.0
Average Vibraratory Snore Index 1.1

Average Max leak is 60.6
Average 90% leak 32.7
Average Leak is 26.7
Average Large leak 0 seconds.

Any assistance with the numbers would be great!
