Today will be my first day of my "Long Haul" report to our support group.

Beginning weight - 268
Goal for the week - l# loss
Report back - 6/20/05
I will not set my goal too high, because I do not want to fall off.
I will do 15 minutes of exercise today (more if I can).
I will be more aware of all the the things I eat.
I will not give up the foods I love but eat them in moderation.
I will not expect overnight results.
I can and will loose weight.
I know I have friends that will pick me up when I fall.
I know it's gonna be a long haul.
