xpap while stuffy??

Post by tnmom » Fri Jun 06, 2008 9:13 am

I am working on getting stuffed up for the first time since starting xpap therapy (which, by the way, has drastically improved since I moved to bipap--- it made a HUGE difference).

Last night I kept taking it on and off--- I think because of being stuffed up. The instruction book that came with the machine (which was so generic it really was of no help) said don't use xpap if you have a cold.

that doesn't make sense to me--- wouldn't you need it more than ever then?

thoughts? suggestions?

Research saline nasal rinse ... neti pot, nasaline, Grossan, etc. and start flushing your sinuses a couple of time a day.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

Also for when you have trouble breathing through your nose, they make FF masks, We all need them at times. I never go without my XPAP. Jim
