change settings Remstar M-series

I just got my REMstar Auto M- series with A-Flex. Looks like a nice machine. I'm replacing my C-flex model. I thought I'd use the C-Flex setting to start since it's what I'm used to, then when I get more time will try out A-Flex.
I can't figure out how to change the setting to C-flex? I see nothing in the manual, and it came from the factory set to A-flex.

Unplug the cord from the back of the machine. Open the viewer window and hold down the 2 top arrow buttons at same time and plug cord back into machine. You will hear 2 beeps and the machine is opened. Wait a couple of seconds for the screen to show it's unlocked and then you can get into the set up part. Good Luck

I love my M Series Auto--I use the AFLEX setting, VERY comfortable, natural feeling.
