I've never heard of a machine in which you can't control the humidifier, which is what I assume you're talking about.

Humidifier
I find the humidifier to be suffocating, even in the winter on its lowest setting. Now that it's warming up, I freeze about 1/4" distilled water in a plastic butter dish and break in into three squares that I place in my humidifier tank right before I go to sleep. The crisp, cool air knocks me right out. I'm using a Remstar c-flex with a full-face mask

Omigosh, Callan, you're a genius! I've been bemoaning the fact that to get moisture I also had to get heat and now you've given me the solution. Tell me, though -- I'm sure the air is cool that way, but how moist is it? Really cool, really moist air would be perfect for me.
