Something just ocurred to me.
I use 2 pillows so my head is raised. If I am on my back, does this affect the angle of my airway in my throat?????

Of course! And, sleeping on one's back is usually the worst position to sleep if you have Obstructive Sleep Apnea......so, you've magnified it by a factor of 2.

But - sleeping on your back is the only way you cans sleep comfortably without the tubes getting in your way. I sleep better on my side, but then the mask gets knocked off, or slips and starts to leak.

I actually can't sleep on my back for very long, but I have my worst leaks when I do (try). I wear an Ultra Mirage Full Face (UMFF) and use my pillow to help "anchor" it to my face.
