SPO Pulseox Company Sucks

If you have a unit that works, great for ya. I've had software issues for a while. The knucklehead that works at SPO was helpful until it got over his head. Since then, nothing but delays and denial and lack of good support. I should have just spent the money on a nonin unit. Glad I got this one on the cheap.

Your experience w/SPO Medical has the been the exact opposite of mine. Eric and Doni have been right there on top of things for me when I needed assistance.

Can you be more specific with your problem? My experience matches slinky's. I have been extremely pleased.
