Does anyone know what the latest firmware version is for the Remstar Auto M with A-Flex? I have a chance to buy a nearly new one (30 blower hours) with humidifier for $350 but I'd like to be sure that it has fairly current firmware on it (it has V 4.03).
Latest Remstar Auto M firmware?

For that price I'd jump on it. From what I've been reading, it doesn't seem like people are that concerned with firmware revisions. Depending on how suicidal I feel maybe I should open mine up when I get it and see how easy it would be to extract or update the firmware. (I have programmers for various flash ICs hanging around...I like to mess with electronics). On the other hand, I'm not sure that messing with medical devices is a great idea .

If this isn’t rocket science why are there so many spaceshots?

Thanks. I never thought to check the website [Duh. lets just blame sleep deprivation]. I'll pull the trigger tomorrow and buy it. From what I've learned from this forum, this machine seems to be the state of the art and I'm looking forward to replacing my old Remstar Plus.Anonymous wrote:4.03 is the latest version, I just checked the website.
