I used a Quattro for a while but I couldn't get the leakage down where I desired it. I have since gone to a chinstrap and the Comfort Gel Nasal mask. I have found my recorded data, and my physical condition much improved with the latter. BTW, I sport a full beard and mustache. The Quattro likely will be much better if your beard is close cropped. My leakage was thru the bunched up hair under the seal.

I'm new to CPAP.

I skipped the full face mask/beard worry and went straight to an optilife nasal mask.

I'm happy with it so far but it's only been a week.

FlexiFit HC431 Full Face Mask with Headgear

I have a goatee and most of it fits inside the mask. This full face mask goes a little farther under the chin than most masks which I think is good for beards.

I don't have my data reading set up yet, the only thing I'm concerned about is if I'm leaking under the chin during the night. Other than that, it's very comfortable!

I have a full beard - sometimes I go months between trimming it - and the Mirage Ultra has worked well for me.

I'd recommend finding a DME where you can lie down in a sleep position wiht each mask and try it while you wiggle around. At my sleep study the tech tried several masks on me and took a lot of time checking the fit. After my SA diagnosis when it was time to get a CPAP and mask I just chose the mask that the tech had decided on.

Full thick beard and 'stache here. I could not get the UMFF to seal adequately, and any other FF mask I have tried has had serious leakage problems. I tried the Breeze nasal pillow on my third night and have used it ever since.
