I am considering yet another mask. I have used two different nasal pillow ones, one was bad and the other has worked well for a couple months but got out of shape so quickly that it now feels like it is a nose plug instead. I have one regular nasal one, but since my nose is small and the bridge (top part near my eyes) almost nothing, it leaks like mad. Is there any type of mask that would be worth trying? I am getting rather discouraged by the masks, I feel they should last longer than a month or two with the costs. Thanks for any help, as always.

Have you looked into either a Respironics Comfort Select that comes in a size 'shallow wide' (I have it - use with taping - and the 'shallow' part of the size works for me because while the rest of my nose is at least normal size, I also have a flattish bridge area. Another one that has a 'small-shallow' size with similar shaping is the Ultra Mirage II (mine's also full face mask but presumably the nasal one also comes in that size.

another mask?
I just got the ResMed Liberty Mirage full face which is really a combo nasal pillow/mouth mask similar to the Hybrid with no chin strap. I find it very comfortable and the small is really a small, nothing overlaps on my lips or eyes. The nasal pillows are what they call "trampoline" style in that they go up and down and don't push your nose up pig style. I'm really liking it so far and sleeping very well. I've had no leaks into my eyes with it and my only complaint is a couple mornings of very dry mouth but it's high pollen season so mouth breathing is the order of the day and at least I"m pressurized by the mouth cushion. I have very sensitive skin too and have had no reaction to this mask. The head gear is comfortable and with pads doesn't bother me at all.
Outside of dogs I like best to read. Inside a dog, it's too dark.
