Update on my neck pain.....

I had earlier asked if anyone else was suffering from neck pain if it could be due to the mask. I have been having problems turning my neck during the day side to side and it hinders my driving ability.

Anywho, got an x-ray last Friday and found out today that I have arthritis, hey, I'm only 47.9, in my neck and upper back. They gave me those vertebra numbers but I dididn't pay much attention to that part of it. Anyway sending me for PT to learn exercises for that area so wish me luck! brandyII.
