I am not sure I am understanding your question, but when you buy with PayPal it charges your VISA doesn't it? Or MasterCard. Anyone else remember when VISA was called BankAmericard and Mastercard was called MasterCharge? Sorry, a brief moment of clarity, now I am back to normal.

A digital photo of the unit and a charge card showing the payment should be enough I would think. PayPal insures that you get your item if I remember correctly. As does VISA.

You can probably put a rider on your home insurance or renter's insurance to specifically cover the machine.

Did that answer your question?

I have Encore Pro 1.8.65 but could not find it listed
under software.

I LOVE the SV.

I would ask the seller if they can write you a simple receipt.

I could be dead wrong on this one so please feel free to jump in.

If I understand you -- you are wanting your medical insurance to pay for a machine from cpapauction.com. I would be asking myself questions -- how reputable is the dealer? Is this a brand new machine still factory sealed in a box? If not what reassurance do you have that you are not getting a "lemon"? If something goes wrong with the machine who is going to listen to your complaints and try to resolve the issue? What if the machine has issues that do not show up immediately and you have no where to turn for help? Will insurance then reimburse for another machine? What time frame does your insurance purchase a machine for you? One every 5 years? Once every 2 years? With a letter of medical necessity?

Please think through the possible scenerios prior to purchasing a machine from cpapauction and expecting insurance reimbursement.

I have purchased a machine from cpapauction and am very happy with it. It was a used machine and had few hours on it and the price was great!! I have purchased many many items from eBay and cpapauction so am NOT knocking those types of purchases. I have saved a ton of money on the items I have purchased and many of the items I would be unable to afford retail.

It is likely if you would purchase from cpap.com insurance would help with the purchase and you are guaranteed that you are getting your money's worth in my opinion. They are safe and reliable with quick shipping at affordable prices if buying new equipment.
