Encore Pro still available?

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of Encore Pro?

Will it work with a Respironics M Auto-A?

Hello & Welcome, otiose! Glad you found this forum--SO much useful info and SO many helpful people here!

EncorePro is no longer available--EncoreViewer, which is available, shows the same data, just doesn't sinc up with Encore Pro Analyzer.

No, you can not use the data downloaded with viewer. If the data is still on the card it will read it. It reads the last weeks detailed data and then only compliance data after that. It rolls off after 7 days. It reads the same way and the data is the same but Encore Pro stores it in a SQL data base where Viewer only reads the card and does not store it unless you save it as a pdf file. The two data bases are not compatible

Thanks Jerry. I am still trying to get at that darn data! Am I still bitter they don't sell the Pro version to patients anymore? Guilty as charged! Darn, I was hoping this would work. I must get over this, I must get over this....

Don't be. Instead be glad, very glad, that you don't have to fool around with Encore Pro and SQL.

Others who have used both versions say that you get the same info. With less aggravation.

BitTorrent is a program for downloading off the web, something like P2P, but working a different way. Jim

Since I have only used Encore Viewer, I am going by what some have posted on this website.

Have you used _both_ EV and EP?

What, specifically, does EP have that EV does not have?

Hello everybody,

I just joined the forum today and I saw this thread. I went through the Encore Pro search during the last week. There is nothing available anymore with North American online sellers. However, you can find the latest Encore Pro version 1.8i 2nd release at an online shop in UK: http://www.cpap-europe.com (hope it is allowed to post this here, otherwise, just delete it)
That's where I finally bought mine. It works great with the Encore Pro Analizer.
Now I am able to manage my XPAP stuff myself.

I have Encore Pro only, I wouldn't want viewer if it was free, which it's not in fact it's selling for more than Encore Pro was.

The data is the same, but by having a data base, it stores easier. The reports can also be handles in many ways I do mine in .pdf. You can store when you get supplies and plan when you are due new ones. You can reset your script without unplugging and finding your glasses. And like Coke it's good with ice. Jim

As far as it's being harder to set up, it looks like people are still having a time setting up viewer also. It's just something that has to be done right, and it's not done until it's working, blame part if that of "Billie". Iv'e yet to see a O.S. install the same on two of my computers.
