CPAPAUCTION -- I emailed our Johhny a question and got no answer.
I just tried to email them and they have the spam filter that does not seem to work. I filled out the 5 letters time after time, after time, after time, trying to guess if they were upper or lower case.
I was using Internet Explorer.
I am interested in spending money there, but for some reason cannot get their system to work. Anyone know who runs it? Maybe you can send them an email or call them?
Any help appreciated....

I even used IE instead of Mozilla, thinking it was one of the websites that is set up primarily for Internet Explorer.
Hopefully they will answer, I have a prescription I want to email them, then I may be buying a Respironics from them.

I think I see the problem and apologize for the confusion. First, it looks like you are emailing CPAP.com instead of CPAPAuction. We are 'sister' websites but we operate separately. I am surprised that you haven't had a response from CPAP.com telling you that, and again, I apologize. Our email at CPAPAuction is cpap@cpapauction.com.
Second, the reason you are unable to access CPAPAuction is due to a security upgrade that we have added since your account was last accessed. It should tell you what to do when you try to log on - basically it is just a matter of completing the information in your account Profile. I will email you to let you know exactly what is missing rather than discuss it on an open forum.
