I have just purchased a CPAP machine and can not get the SmartCard reader to install. The Encore Viewer software version that was shipped with my unit is Version 1.0 and the smart card reader install disc is asking that version 1.3 or better is required. At this point the instalation stops. Is there a download site that will enable me to download the newer version of the Encore Viewer software?

However, I would have thought it would also have been on the Encore Viewer CD.

You want the driver for encore pro.

Use the driver on the Encore Viewer CD, not the one that came with the smartcard.

Encore Viewer is version 1.0. The card reader drivers are a separate program you have to install as both jskinner and I have tried to say.

The card reader driver should be on the CD, however, if it isn't, then the site I have posted above contains the driver. Again, you want the driver there for encore pro not the regular card reader driver. That version is version 1.3 for the encore pro driver.
