Hi:
I just now downloaded the data from l ast night from my smart card. I am still not getting very much data.
I am wondering if it is because the program is showing time as 6+ hours but then shows time as 3 min. Should I redownload the program. Should I reformat the smart card?
Any help would be so gratefully received - I have the programs but I cant help myself get better without the data.
Here are summeries from both encore pro and analyzer:
thanks so much - i am at wits end and giving up.

Last night your machine provided only three minutes of monitoring data, even though the blower was running for over six hours.
I saw a similar thing with my machine once when it had a large leak. Interestingly, the data provided won't necessarily indicate a large leak if it's constant. I think I've also read that the machine won't provide meaningful data in split-mode either.
Just some thoughts. I know it's not much to go on though.
Regards,
Bill

Format your card and start over.
(card utility at mycpap.org)
Then read and format your card daily for a while to see if that fixes it.

Machine Device Type:
BiPAP Auto
Software: Encore Pro 1.6i.
That software can't read the data collected by that machine.
You need a newer version of the software. Edit: maybe?
O.
Edit:
OK, I must be wrong according to those who definitely know this better than me.

Hmmm . . . Version 1.5i works with my BiPAP-Auto (original, non M-series).
Dream_weaver, what machine are you using, exactly? Is it one of the M-series machines?

We had that discussion in this thread:
viewtopic/t29505/please-help--cannot-ge ... e-pro.html
Something doesn't add up here.
The Pre-M series (in this case the Bi-PAP Pro 2) SHOULD work with 1.5i and every version after that (maybe even the earlier 1.4 version). The 1.5i version was designed for the Bi-PAP Auto (Pre-M/"Tank").

I looked at that thread...
It was - and still is - my impression that a "BiPAP Pro 2" and BiPAP Auto are not the same machine.
It was also my impression - and I stand corrected - that the BiPAP Auto was introduced with the M-Series. I was very wrong about that.
However, something still doesn't add up - since the software is identifying the wrong machine.

You're correct in that they are NOT the same machine.
This is the Pre-M ("Tank"/"Legacy") version of the Bi-PAP Auto.
https://www.cpap.com/cpap-machine/bipap ... iflex.html
It was introduced in 2005 and Encore Pro was updated for it in version 1.5i.
This is the Pro 2 version of it.

Part of the identification problem MAY be in the Encore Pro Analyzer program.
I think dream_weaver needs to either look at or post some report pages from Encore Pro.
