Walk barefooted before bedtime

Post by Auricula » Thu Mar 20, 2008 12:44 pm

From a free online newsletter I receive from a cardiologist, here is a recommendation for getting a good night's sleep: "In the wintertime, especially, being barefoot can help discharge electricity that builds in your body—and potentially disturbs your ability to sleep. This also helps to reduce the electric pollution, bad vibes, and EMFs that can decrease your melatonin level and inhibit your sleep."

Sounds goofy enough to be true!

Easy enough to try! Found this--
Static Electricity
Jog or walk BAREFOOT in the grass 15-20 minutes a day to discharge the static electricity, opening the body up to receive more universal energies! We need good, high-vibration electricity to perform at our peak. To release static electricity that builds up in the body, walk or jog barefoot on the lawn. This will allow new electrical vibration to come from the atmosphere. This is pure universal electricity that operates all the parts and organs of the body. Pure energy cannot enter the body if static electricity is present, which should be grounded through the feet to keep a continual flow on hand.

I have never heard such a crock in my life. Just my 2 c's I guess, but I hope people don't take it seriously - it's nonsense. Why not sleep in a crystal pyramid while you're at it?

While you're at it, go out to your car remove your battery and set it on a board so it won't run down. Another widely promoted wives tale. Jim

You aren't suppose to walk with shoes if you are diabetic.
