Just checking in

Post by FLIGHTYONE » Fri Feb 22, 2008 7:30 pm

It seems like it has been forever since I have been here, I am doing GREAT, I am sleeping 8 to 9 hours a night and with the mask on , I changed my hours at work so I can sleep, I figured I need to put my health first,
It took me a very long time to get used to the mask about 6 months but I am doing really well, I find myself at least once a week still taking off my mask while I am sleeping but I am working on that,
Please if you are new to this hang in there, I wanted to give up so many times but the people on here talked me thru everything, so now I have a new life, I feel like a new woman and have lost 27 pounds so far, it works it is hard work but it works
God bless everyone and hang in there

How good to hear you're doing well, Flightyone, and how nice of you to come and tell us you've been helped - and let other struggling beginners know there's hope!

You were having such a difficult time back then! viewtopic.php?t=25646&start=0

Wow!!! Thanks for posting the old thread Ozij.....

Man, we were really hard on her in the beginning, but you know what -- it looks like it worked.

As I said in my original post, "... if we didn't care about each other we'd have just blown you off as another quitter -- we don't believe in quitting!!!! Nor do we accept it - not without a fight."

Flightyone is no quitter!!!!!

Yay for success stories!!!!
Once again Flightyone, congratulations on your continued treatment. It sounds like you're starting to reap the benefits we find as hoseheads.....

Don't be a stranger -- you can be an inspiration to newbies!!!

Take care
cheers
