Encore Pro Upgrade?

I'm rebuilding my computer system and upgrading as much software as I can. I was using Encore Pro Version 1.4i Rev 4. Respironics won't talk to me about the software. My supplier, American HomeProducts, is clueless.
I'm not looking to buy "new" (less functional) software, just the latest version of the product I licensed and own.
I can get a note from my mommy (although I'm making her medical decisions now) indicating that I am responsible for and required to make medical decisions with regard to my own well being. That includes recording and analysing the data and adjusting the fuctioning of my CPAP machine.
If our government rulemakers actually had my well being in mind, they wouldn't have thrown an M-16 and a flak jacket at a bushy tailed second louie, sent him to Kontum, RVN and then sprayed Agent Orange on his surroundings. Let's be real.
