Hi,
I've been using a large ZZZ full face and it is very comfortable, but it is too narrow around my mouth. If I move my mouth at all it creates a large leak. The 7600 v2 looks larger in this problem area. I haven't seen any online reviews yet and I was wondering if anyone here had tried one out yet.
Anyone try the Hans Rudolf 7600 v2 yet?

Stinkfoot,
Just received my V2 on Friday. So far I am happy with the mask. My size face falls in between a small and medium Quattro (my first mask was a medium Quattro). So have been struggling to find a FF mask that fits. Sleep on my side and as most here have found this is difficult with a FF mask. Quattro worked some times but I could not get consistent, or low AHIs with it. Like the feel of a FF mask. I also use an Activa and really like it but I some times "gurgle" and I found that I did some minor but inconsistent mouth breathing. I also just like the overall distribution of pressure across the entire face. I also clear my throat a lot as I am going to sleep and this is much easier with a FF mask. I bought the small V2 but think I might have fit the extra small better. I will try adjusting the mask a few more days before going to a smaller size.
Some of the good things about the V2 for your info: The mask is much smaller and lighter than it looks in the pictures. The mask on the mannequin in the advertisements must be real small. The absence of the forehead brace is great, a bigger improvement to comfort than I imagined. Very few parts so cleaning is a snap. The mask really seals when it is working. When it leaks you know it. I thought I had a lot of leaks the first night, but after looking at the data, the mask sealed better than most others I have used. AHIs are great! 0 Apnias both nights so far with AHIs in the low 2s. I've had early success with masks before so am withholding judgment that this will continue. You can sleep on your side much more comfortably when the mask is properly tightened. The mask is not rigid and you don't get a hard piece of plastic jabbed in your cheek when the mask hits the pillow. There are of course limits, because if you distort the mask too much you will get a leak. If you like a FF mask better than other interfaces then the V2 might be a good fit for you. If you sleep on your back the mask is probably equally as comfortable as most FF masks but I think it really shines if you sleep on your side.
One "trick" I have found with the mask, and you have to have one on to understand. Since the mask is not rigid, you have to kind of squeeze your face into the mask for best fit. The way I do it is that I put the mask on and then grab the side of the mask and pull the sides out and let my face kind of slip into the mask. It's kind of like when you put a slip on shoe on, you first put your toes in and then you kind shoe horn your foot the rest of the way. It's quite different then putting on a rigid mask. Best of luck.

I purchased the large size and thought it would work for me and it hasn't. It is the shape of my face that won't permit a correct seal. I tried it twice but no luck and then tried selling it on cpap auction. If you are interested, contact me privately and will talk.Stinkfoot wrote:Hi,
