Multiple Myelome and CPAP

Anybody had any experience with with multiple myelome and cpap. This blood cancer attacks the blood and the bones. Not enough bone making red red cells and ya don't enough o2. After 4 transfusions they have me stable but it also leavses the bones brittile prone to fracture and so far some fo the ribs are trashed along with a couple of lower vertabrea. Any one have any knowledge in this stuff? Charlie
