Travel light weight auto pap

Several months into the future I plan a trip to Australia. I am wondering if anyone knows a good light-weight autopap with heated humidifier I could buy for the trip. I currently have a Remstar auto with cflex. I took that the last time I went down and felt it to be too large, heavy and unweildly. I was just wondering those of you who have bought one of these, what kind you have. Don't really want to spend an arm and a leg as this will be out of pocket. I have looked at various web sites and can find many more cpaps rather than apaps. I wear an Activa mask so it would have to be compatable.

If you don't use CFLEX or AFLEX... try the PB420E
