Hi Folks
I love my mirage liberty mask however it leaks a bit around the corners of the mask (mouth) and just wondering if anyone has a cure?

I have just started to work with the Liberty mask for the past couple of nights. I too have leaks around my mouth - mostly in the lower corners.

On other masks that have leaked in the same place - I have used Mack's silicone ear plugs, pulled off a bit from one of the plugs, and rolled out a little snake about 1-1.5" long. Then I press it pretty almost flat on the mask cushion. When I put on the mask, I also press it against my face to get it to "seat" well. That has worked.

I am having so much trouble with the bottom headgear clips coming undone at the slightest touch, that I am trying to figure out how to deal with that first. I have used the UMFF mask, and the same design for the clips are great on that mask - very secure. But on the liberty - the hard plastic of the mask does just not stick out far enough to keep the grasp on the clip - the slightest rub unhooks it. I am a side sleeper, so it comes out a lot. It also comes out 3-4 times when I am getting the mask seated and I barely brush by it with a finger.

Any suggestions for that problem?

Betty

Yes the mask strap is finicky but shouldn't pop off in sleep and I'm a restless side sleeper. Try wedging a little tissue paper in there for a very temporary fix

try cranking it down tighter i had that problem when i first got mine i just wasnt wearing it tight enough and got leaks around the mouth ,my problem recently was the nose cushions kind of popping out in the middle of the night ,for that when im putting it back together after cleaning i take a piece of 3m paper tape and wrap it around the base of the nose dushions to stabilize it abit.no problems since then !!
